The architecture is the reason most buyers end up here. Kolter built Artistry in what it calls Palm Beach Contemporary — clean horizontal massing, flat and low-pitched rooflines, expansive glass, and restrained exterior detailing. In a corridor where nearly every gated community from PGA National to Mirasol was built in Mediterranean revival, Artistry looks like nothing around it, and that visual consistency across the whole community is unusual for Palm Beach Gardens.

The Home Collections

Artistry homes were offered in two collections. Note that Kolter publishes total square footage, which includes garages and covered outdoor space, while MLS listings quote living area — the same house can appear as 6,690 square feet on a builder sheet and 5,167 in a listing. The Style Collection comprises four models — the Degas, El Greco, Francesca and Hudson — offering three to four bedrooms from roughly 3,222 to 4,566 total square feet. These are the community's more compact plans, and the Hudson in particular trades regularly.

The Culture Collection comprises seven models — the Laurens, Michelangelo, Raphael, Mondrian, Trumbull, West and Vasari — offering three to five bedrooms from roughly 3,667 to 6,690 total square feet. The West is the largest plan in the community. The Trumbull and Vasari were both built as furnished model homes and have come to market as such.

Kolter's current lineup has contracted as the community sold down, so not every model remains available as new construction. Interiors across both collections typically include formal entries, open great rooms, gourmet kitchens with quartz or marble surfaces, wood or marble flooring, walk-in closets and split-garage configurations, with hundreds of structural and design personalization options selected at contract.

Community Amenities

Artistry's amenity package is a neighborhood club rather than a resort campus, which fits a community of this size. The lakeside clubhouse includes a fitness center, a yoga studio, a social room and covered outdoor seating overlooking the water. Outside there is a resort-style pool, a basketball court, a playground, and walking trails connecting the community's green spaces and lakes.

There is no golf course, no dining operation and no club membership attached — the amenities belong to the homeowners association. For buyers cross-shopping against PGA National, Mirasol or BallenIsles, that is the central distinction: Artistry offers modern architecture and a neighborhood club without the country-club structure.

The Benjamin School — Palm Beach County's largest independent day school, founded in 1960. Its Upper School for grades 9 through 12 is on Grandiflora Road in Palm Beach Gardens, minutes from Artistry; the Lower and Middle School campus serving PK3 through grade 8 is on Ellison Wilson Road in North Palm Beach.

The Weiss School — Palm Beach Gardens, junior pre-K through grade 8, founded in 1989. One of a small number of schools in Southeast Florida dedicated specifically to gifted education, with a pronounced STEM emphasis.

St. Mark's Episcopal School — Palm Beach Gardens, pre-K through grade 8, founded in 1979 on an eleven-acre campus on Burns Road. Episcopal-affiliated and open to students of all faiths.

Jupiter Christian School — Jupiter, pre-K through grade 12, founded in 1963. One of the closest options offering a full PK-through-12 pathway on a single campus.

Cardinal Newman High School — West Palm Beach, grades 9 through 12, co-educational, within the Diocese of Palm Beach. In 2005 it became the first Catholic high school in Florida to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

Location and Commute

Artistry's position off Hood Road east of the Turnpike is genuinely convenient. I-95 is a few minutes west via Hood Road or Donald Ross Road, and Florida's Turnpike is comparable, which puts both the Jupiter corridor to the north and West Palm Beach to the south within a straightforward drive.

The Mandel JCC's Palm Beach Gardens campus is adjacent on Hood Road. The Gardens Mall, Downtown Palm Beach Gardens and Legacy Place are roughly three miles south along PGA Boulevard, and Alton Town Center — with a Publix, LA Fitness and a range of restaurants — is a few minutes northeast across I-95 at Donald Ross Road.

The beaches at Juno Beach and Jupiter are approximately five miles east, roughly a fifteen-minute drive, with the Loggerhead Marinelife Center nearby. Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium in Jupiter, spring training home of the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals, is about ten minutes north in Abacoa.
